I would rate them a 1 star overall, nothing was ever explained to us. The quality of work was very poor. The communication was also poor.
They were recommended by All State and I highly recommended them. They were top notch.
Atlas Restoration & Remodeling is very professional and they work with you on your budget. From the experience we had with the organization, I would recommend anyone who has any issues with their house or need any repairs. As far as doing work in my house, I trust Atlas Restoration & Remodeling.
I was very pleased with the work. The workers were very competent and friendly. They cleaned their tools up everyday and the work area. I felt very at ease with them being in my home. They did excellent work. We were very pleased with John Horn. We met several times after hours with him at his office and were never rushed and we got the answers to all of our questions. We were very pleased with John and his whole team.

GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Atlas Restoration & Remodeling Inc as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
