No I would not recommend them to a friend or family member

The salesman came to my house and sold me a process. It was extremely elaborated to reflect the price charged. The workers were very unprofessional. They charged me an exorbitant fee. I would never recommend them to anybody.

They did a thorough job. evyerhgin they said they would do and cleaned up after themselves.

They did a real good job. I wasn't expecting it to be that good. They leveled off the rocks and dirt good.

We had endless issues. The work had to be redone multiple times and the workers were very dishonest. We were lied to multiple times. The work performed was not worth the money. The company was a huge nightmare to work with and a simple 1-2 day job dragged on for weeks because of sloppy work. The communication between the office and team was horrible.

Sloppy workmanship; I had to hire other contractors to clean up the shoddy work done by Atlanta Basement Systems.

I thought the communication was poor. The quality of some of the work was not what I expected.

Did the job completely wrong the first time. It has been 11 weeks and the job is still not finished

Office communication was non existent. Delays and confusion on job requirements seem to indicate that the internal communication within the company was lacking

They were very professional and really helpful throughout the whole process.

Job was completed on time and workmanship was done professionally.

They did not fix the problem that we paid them a great deal of money to fix.

They did it very quickly and efficiently. I had two areas of my house covered. They put in humidifiers and sump pumps and treated the walls. They put in a drainage system around the basement and one wall of the storage room.

The work done was substandard

We’ve had the team out 3 times and our floors are still not level.

Fair price, efficient installation, nice people. Complete satisfaction.
