Lack of communication. Project managers change numerous times during project and no one lets me know.
Very
The quality and dependability of the Kress Company and its crew were worth having contracted them.
They were great in the beginning, but they never finished the job. They never came back.
This company is a bunch of thieves.
ATI Restoration didn't complete the work. They didn't finish, and they never returned my call.
This process was awful. Took forever, non responsive and so much time wasting.
From the supervisors to the workers, everyone was great to work with. They met my time frames and did quality work.
Terrible company with horrible communications. Very disorganized and the little bit of work the way performed was terrible. They were contacted in February and took over a month to show up for an emergency service.
John and Antonio were great! They cleaned up every day before they left and made sure our couch, chair and TV were in place. The work and painting is perfect.
The ones that did the work for the water mitigation were great. Very attentive and helpful. The project manager not so much. Had to call or email several times to get timing updates for the job and then for the repair.
For months I was unsuccessful in trying to contact or representatives for follow-up and information for our insurance carrier. My emails and phone calls were never returned.
Communication is not their strong point. Nor is setting or managing expectations. Both are required for good business.
I used them several years ago and the project went well. I used them in 2025 and the project was a disaster. I was sent a work crew who did terrible work, and that crew wanted to do a smaller scale job, and I was good with that. I came to find out that ATI paid them for the entire job ahead of time, around $2000 or $2200 so they wanted to do the minimum and cut out.
Fire your carpet installers, which I hear you have already done.
They were extremely responsive and very helpful in assisting us.
The first crew left raw sewage in the ceiling and walls. Had to ask them to cut out the part that wasn’t done.
The restoration on my basement was going smoothly whence work started, but the termination of the project manager running my job wasn't relayed to me. That left a 5 week window of nobody contacting me of the continuation of the restoration. When the new PM was given the work, it was completed quickly. Just more transparency would be nice to a paying customer.
It took only an hour to fix. Sprayed mold spray and threw some paint on them
The promptness of the experience was wonderful. The laborers were fantastic and ultra courteous. I felt John, the lead was very nice as well. My concerns were around disclosure of costs of service. I am a mortgage lender and disclosures are critical to consumers today.
I never felt like I knew what the costs were going to be? At arrival I provided a deposit, not knowing how much more it was going to cost. I felt very much in the dark about the expense. I signed a disclosure for $1750 in which I didn’t receive a copy of. Paid over the phone immediately. After everything was completed and carpet ripped up and closet doors removed, I was quoted an additional $2300+ dollars to get everything back to normal. I felt the cost was exorbitant. It would have not changed my decision to get the clean up done as I was in a limited option situation.
On 5 separate occasions, when I voiced concern or unhappiness with delays, I was told "you are welcome to find someone else - we have plenty of work on our plate".
Professional group of individuals from start to finish.
See the following We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We would warn others against this incompetent outfit.
Very prompt and completed job in good time.
Everything was done very professionally with great care to make sure they restored everything just the way we wanted it
