Brandon and his team I believe the other gentleman name is Sully. Were very responsive and attentive to the issue. I had a plumbing leak and the dry out service and mold removal was completed by Sully. Brandon was able to explain the process to me regarding next steps etc.

ATI was professional and handled flood remediation at our building with urgency and calm. They were responsive, available, and incredibly helpful. The team worked hard at every step of the process, and the remediation work was excellent. The end result looks great. I would highly recommend working with ATI for your emergencies and remediation projects.

Do not use American Technologies. Although I only had one experience with them, it was a disaster. The project manager didn't call or show up to our first meeting, and it only got worse from there. I was no-showed several more times and just fed excuse after excuse. When the work was finally done, which took way longer than it should have, it was amateur. There was nothing positive from this experience.

The way they packed up stuff was just thrown together. Boxes have things that were wet and molded inside. They didn't do a good job. Mirrors are were broken.

I enjoyed working with all of the people who performed the work at my property. I was very satisfied with everything that they did.
