While I appreciate the quality of the actual work performed — which met expectations — nearly every other aspect of the experience fell short. Communication was inconsistent, scheduling lacked clarity, and the overall process felt disorganized. Professionalism outside of the core task was lacking, and I found myself having to follow up more than I should have. The work itself was good, but everything surrounding it made the experience frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.

Items damaged, slow to respond but made good in the end. During your aquisition so got lost in transition…slowly made good on issues.

When Midpoint first arrived on scene it seemed that they would be great - however, after the first day it was like pulling teeth to get any type of communication and then there were complaints that "they told the owner why do they need to tell me too" The owner just watched her entire world torn apart - no matter how I tried or who I asked they would defer to "we communicated that with the owner" and would give me cliff notes to the situation. It was communicated very clearly on the onset that they were to communicate with me. VERY FRUSTRATING

Inspector Nik was very professional and thorough accessing the source of the damage incurred in the ceiling of our dining room!

Brad was my Project Manager and he kept me up tp date on everything. I had new wooden flooring put down after my refrigerator leaked on my old wooden floor. The men that installed it were experts and did a fantastic job! Also, they had a crew that wrapped all my household items to be moved to their wearhouse. After the job, they put the furniture back and and put everything away. The ladies did an excellent job!!

Everything....Professional, all workers did a great job in a timely manner.

Quality work, friendly team and easy to work with. Patient and understanding! PM was good and dealt well with change. Would for sure use and recommend them again!

From start to finish the whole team was great. Mike did a great job of letting us know what to expect from start to finish. He gave a accurate timeline and when delays occurred he let us know immediately and what the problem. Shar helped coordinate the flooring and made it easy to get samples. The crew at our house Cody, Augustine and Danny were excellent getting the house prepped for the replacement flooring. They did a great job putting all our stuff back in place, and all the replacement moulding and finishing looked great. The flooring crew was great, but I did not catch their names.

They took care of everything in their power to satisfy me!

Project managers were all good. All construction and painting staff were very good and left home very clean

From start to finish, there was great communication, on time work done and complete clean up.

Robert did an excellent job repairing the water damage at my home.

Response from insurance and Midpoint were really fast and efficient after incident; but then there were couple of months when we were waiting for work to begin.
