Michelle was exceptionally thorough and personable, and assured us that everything would work out with insurance. The on site manager came out three different times to make sure there were no nails or screws in the yard to possibly injure my kids.

And the install crew were awesome. They showed up early in the morning, and were more than willing to come back the next day to touch up some paint on the flashing--even painted the mast and vent stack to match!

Total Roof replacement job was completed over 2 days. Work was professionally completed by a hard working crew that was very respectful to our property and neighbors. The company was responsive and proactive in communication throughout the process (delivery of materials, work day activity and follow up to assure satisfaction of work and understanding of final invoice). Most important to us, the owner was extremely helpful in selection of roofing options and was very knowledgeable about the process in working with inspectors, adjustors/insurance. We highly recommend At Your Service and are confident others will have a positive experience when investing in a roofing project such as ours.

From Joby and Chris's initial survey to the completion of the project I am completely satisfied. The work ethic of the installation crew was very impressive...on time and busy the whole time.
