Getting available and reliable contractors has become more difficult in the last few years. Assured was the most responsive firm we contacted for our exterior remodel. Their crew was friendly and professional and took all of our concerns seriously. We are thrilled with the look of the Hardieplank and the knowledge that it will require minimal care over time.
They are friendly, did great work and for a good price, but getting ahold of the builder, and communication follow-up was a challenge.
They did a great job, I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

I’m overall very pleased with the hardi siding, gutters, new rear slider and paint project. These are big home upgrades that cost a lot. We had many bids. Assured Exteriors came in under them, but still gave me the peace of mind that it wasn’t a bottom feeder company and they’d do a good job. The job didn’t start when I had hoped, but then, not a lot in 2020 has gone my way. There were a few mistakes (Like putting up lap siding on a gable that was supposed to get a shake style) but Assured Exteriors fixed all of those issues with non arguments and they always listened to what I wanted.I wanted a bit more communication with the project leader so that they’d have known what I want in advance. I think that they’d have had less issues and the job would have taken less long. However, the place looks amazing. The workmanship is top shelf, to be sure. The product is top shelf as well. Value of our home increased IMMENSELY. Appraiser said “Few houses have has these kinds of upgrades to this level”. That’s pretty sweet. I’m definitely glad we went ahead with the hardi trim and not wood - no rot will ever happen around these windows and doors. I’m quite happy with the results. The only thing I’d change is, when a client calls, and they’re spending tens of thousands of dollars, you drop what you’re doing and call them immediately. And, it wasn’t even that bad, I’m being pretty critical. I just want what I want. Ha! Great job Assured Exteriors! We are quite pleased with our beautifully upgraded home!
I used Assured Exteriors for a siding job on my 1940 house. The siding crew was excellent, communication was a little difficult. The project went well, we are pleased with the final product.
I have been very happy with the entire process! Everybody has been extremely professional and answers all my questions! We have been watching the process all along the way. They have gone above and beyond what we expected!
Workmanship is of very high quality. I had siding, paint and roofing done on my property and each work crew was professional, courteous and engaging. The one area that I feel is in need of improvement is follow-up and customer communication. I had to contact the general contractor a number of times during the work to get work completed in a more timely manner. What was represented as a four to seven day job turned into nearly a month.
the work was excellent and always made sure job was clean at the end of each day. Ever part of each project had knowledgeble people to help and explain work as the job proceded.
An excellent experience: great crew and excellent work! I highly recommend this company and will call them the next time I have work to be done.

I think that Phil is very knowledgeable, but I think he is scrambling to get all of the work done that he has. I think he lost some of the staff that he had, so it is making it tougher for him to keep up with the project.
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Assured exteriors. There was poor communication from the owner from the beginning. We had difficultly getting him and the office to respond to our calls and emails. This resulted in errors on our siding. That was 100% avoidable w/ communication. Although the work crew was great, friendly and respectful, they accidentally nicked our Direct TV cord, and ended up taking longer than expected because there was not enough crew members sent to our home the first 3 days. Sad to say I would not recommend Assured exteriors to my friends or family.
Charged $250 for job site materials that could not be reused, tarps to protect yard, that were never used; sales refused to credit. Quality of the work is not bad; a lot of nails not set correctly nor caulked. The Hose faucet was just caulked around making it hard to use. I don't think I would rehire them.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the time frame and how they were willing to work with me. I was in the middle of closing on the sell of our home and they came early and completed the job in 3 days. They knocked things out. Deanna, kept in constant contact with me and let me know what was going on minute by minute. I became friends with Phil, the owner, and he was wonderful to help me out.
Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize, Phil, the owner for his exceptional service. I would like to recognize, the foreman of the crew, he went above and beyond what he had to do. He climbed up on my roof to help this old man out and cleaned my gutters for me. I appreciated him for doing that.
Professional and confident would be how I describe this company. They were confident in their work and did am amazing job.
Great product and the install was done to a high level. All materials where top notch and installed to manufactures specs. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or neighbors.

The quality of work was extremely well done. If we had any problems or issues, they got to them as soon as they could.
Overall, I'm very pleased with our decision to hire Assurant Exteriors to replace our roof and the siding on the second story of our home and to paint our home's exterior. Of the four companies who bid on our project, Assurant was the only one that could perform all aspects "in house", without sub-contracting out the work. Assurant's bid was very competitive as well. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Assurant's people are professional and courteous, and they did an excellent job cleaning up the worksite each day. Of course, it is difficult to judge quality of work for the installation of a new roof and siding, until sufficient time has passed, but at least for now, our house looks wonderful. Our only disappointment in working with Assurant was that we experienced significant cost overruns. This situation wasn't one where we felt that they did a bait and switch. Instead, they found more extensive water damage in our pre-existing base materials than they had anticipated. That being said, I would have liked for Assurant to have done a better job estimating the range of potential damage.
I've used them for two other projects and it always comes out as it should.
