Recognized Excellence - Taylor Bang exceptionally efficialnt and met with my insurance agent and got my whole roof covered where 3 other roofing company's did not think they could recommended to insurance company full replacement. Mr Bang was very assertive and explained in detail so I could believe him and he got the whole job done.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The roof looks magnificent and they did it in a very short time.

First off, when I asked for a detailed list of what they'd be installing on my roof, it took nearly a month to get it. When I refused to move forward with the install until I got it, they threatened legal action. On the day they were to do the install, the only material they delivered that was on the list were the shingles themselves. They were supposed to be installing OW's 30 underlayment(as agreed upon), Ice and water shield and ridge vents. I had to make them stop, send the construction manager the list I got (glad I got it) and have him go out and get the proper materials. Then, when they started to do the install, I caught them using 4 nails per shingle, instead of 6, after they assured me 3 times the ALWAYS use 6. Then I had to fight to get in writing a guarantee that they would get the roof inspected by OC and they would fix anything they did wrong(for all that's its worth, because at this point I don't believe they'll back it up) Still haven't heard anything on an inspection and the bill's been paid. Guess I won't here from them again. I won't even begin to tell you how they tried to gouge my insurance for materials and services they did not render.

The project managers spent very little time at my home during the project, and since the crew spoke Spanish I could not communicate about vents placed in the wrong spot or making sure they put the rain and snow barriers in place or the rain and snow barrier along the edge of the roof. The patio leaked the first time, and they repaired it a second time and it is leaking worse this second time. I am waiting for them to come back out for the third time and repair the patio so it won't drip. I had expected all this to be completed correctly when they came in April 2016, but I am still waiting for the job to be finished and it is August 17, 2016. They have been in communication with me, and I have confidence they will come through.
