Arvidson was excellent in every way, but most important to us was the management of the project. We had some unique challenges because of our land and what we wanted to accomplish. We believe that the only reason we ended up with the pool that we hoped for was because of their commitment to making our vision a reality.

They built our third pool, and the quality continues to be outstanding. The service is good, and they are great to work with.

We have been customers since buying our pool in 2016 and have referred Arvidson's a few times. I wanted to leave a glowing review for a service member who went up and beyond for us yesterday, Angel! He was very professional, caring, kind and a man of his word. He didn't end up having the right part but gave his word he'd come back the same day to complete the project so we could get our pump working again. And he was a true man of his words, he showed back up after hours when I thought he might not. Bravo Angel - the world needs more of him! Thank you!

I was absolutely thrilled with professionalism and execution! They did a fantastic job!

Wish the expectations of the contract for construction would have been clearer. The construction site was left in pretty bad shape a couple of times. Garbage left on site, large debris left behind. Possibility of a Leak before we even get a chance to use the pool. Claim it will be addressed and fixed, but we need to wait and see.

I have already recommended them to 5 friends.

We have been customers of Arvidsons for so long,, we cannot imagine not using their services.

I think that they do a great job at explaining and visually giving you a layout for how the pool will look along with other important factors like landscaping and chairs so that everything fits appropriately in your backyard. They are very knowledgeable with how all the equipment works and very friendly.

Doug Marunde was exceptional from proposal to planning and design, budgeting, execution and completion. Doug is a very trustworthy, honest person, and he patiently led us through every step of the way. This is the first pool we’ve had installed, and we revised the design a couple of times along the way. Doug easily adapted the plans and had brilliant suggestions on how to incorporate our wishes. He was always available to talk to us and even came out on a few Sundays. He kept us apprised of each step. There were no hidden costs, and Doug went above and beyond in every way. We couldn’t be happier with the process of working with Doug and his team and with the final product — our beautiful new pool. We’d rate Arvidson higher than 5 stars if possible!

I purchased my hot tub from Arvidson's. Over the past 8 years, they have installed, cleaned and maintained it efficiently and effectively. The one time I needed a repair, they were great as well. I especially like the bi-monthly maintenance reliability and communication related to that service!

They put in the pool and have been servicing it for 25 years. There's no one in Illinois that can compete with their quality and employees.

So happy to own a new hot tub. Yes, I could have bought it anywhere, but at Arvidson's I feel the customer service surpasses other places. Worth every penny!

We remodeled a 40 year pool, the finished product was a nice improvement. Plan on the project taking longer but coming in on budget. We had some bumps along the way, but after some effort, the bumps were smoothed out.
