The quality of the material is not good. What they say they will do they don't hold up to that, and because it was a rental property, they showed the materials to me but put something different on.

They did what they said they would do and they did a good job in terms of follow-up to make sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. But when you are working with someone who subs out all of their work, there is a lot of manual processes. I needed to be heavily involved in terms of every aspect of decision making. I could not just let them run with things like you might with a GC. I would recommend accordingly to people based on what they are looking for.
