Our Approved representative was very personable, conscientious and worked well with my insurance company. The roofing crew had the job done by early afternoon. If you are working with a bank, make sure the payment schedule is confirmed with Approved and clarified in the contract. Not doing this delayed our work by a month.

Approved Contractors did a great job on our roof replacement. They were professional, responsive, and efficient in the scheduling and replacement. Their work was high quality and they also helped us solve a troublesome gutter drainage issue. Our only problem was damage to some of our plants while wrapping up the disposal of old roofing and lumber footholds. They quickly evaluated the problems and provided a fair allowance for new shrubs. Very satisfied customers!

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Approved Contractors Inc as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
