Dwayne Anderson met with us and he was very informative, prompt and answered any of our questions. The roof looks great, they did a great job. We could not be any happier with the roof and the price as well.

Quality Of Materials - I am satisfied with the quality of the materials used so far, but we have only had it for two weeks. It is a little early to judge the quality, but it appears to be good at this point.
Work Done Right - So far my work was done right the first time.
Areas Of Satisfaction - We were most satisfied in terms of the company resolving our problem with the Dish satellite not being reinstalled. Also, they tried to accommodate as closely as they could our color selection. It wasn't perfect, and we had wanted exactly what we had before. However, it wasn't available, but he showed us what was best and that was fine.
Recognized Excellence - The only person that I dealt with was Dwayne Anderson and his foreman. His foreman was in charge whenever Dwayne wasn't here, and he seemed to be a pretty no-nonsense guy. He kept the guys working.
