They were on time, quick, and efficient. They packed my belongings as if it were their own. I would highly recommend them.
Don't use this company. Biggest pos company. They do shit work and hire the cheapest workers. They show up randomly and do not call first. They do not schedule anything. The transfers had to be replaced 3 times. First they installed the wrong color then the project manager installed the second set of transfers and they fell out. The baseboards fell off the wall. The living floor domed up. It took a year to do a 3 to 4 week project. They kept blaming that they couldn't find contractors to do the work and blaming the insurance company. I had to keep calling non stop to get them to actually do the work. It just got old having to call over and over. One time a contractor showed up rang the doorbell 30 times didn't call or nothing kicked my FedEx package down the driveway and I called the manager and she had no clue that someone was scheduled to come to my house nor did the project manager. Just a big shit show clown operation.
Did a great job. On time, attention to detail, and overall service was fantastic.
The employee, Joquin did an excellent job keeping us posted as to the damage we had. A very professional and polite young man.
During our initial visit, we were impressed with the salesperson's communication. After we agreed to go with Amigos we were disappointed with the quality and frequency of communication.
I had a lot of personal issues going on and wasn’t at the top of my game. Several individuals inside my home and garage and items have disappeared. No one to blame but me. From this point forward no more than one person on my property for repairs.

They were excellent in every facet of the project. I couldn't give them any higher marks. They did a great job.
The big thing with Amigos Restoration was that they did not clean the items as needed. We had to fight with our insurance company. It was not completed in a timely manner and the majority of the items were not cleaned properly.
Amigos has significantly delayed the rebuild of our house. The demolition and restoration process took way too long. The initial estimate took over two months for them to put together and I was asked to provide a lot of the information. It was not complete and to make matters worse, many of the demolition / restoration items were never completed and we are still waiting on items to be priced six months later. They have been non-responsive to my inquiries and also ignoring requests from both myself and AllState to provide the necessary pricing for the supplemental estimates. They also overbilled and were paid for work that was never peformed. Beware of working with Amigos and stay away as best you can.
The employees were very good, but I didn't like the way the company operated. I fell behind on the schedule because the company didn't do what they said they were going to do. The permits were all behind. I ended up changing companies.
They are top notch!
The timeline issues and saying they would be out a certain day, and not doing it. I would not recommend them.
While the management of Amigos was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, some of the contractors they (used to) employ were less than reliable especially in timeliness and communications with me, the homeowner. One in particular was very rude to me but he is no longer employed by Amigos. Amigos management was as frustrated as I was with these contractors, and took action to eliminate the problem.

No One took an itemized inventory so not sure that we got everything back. Had to call them to have them come back twice to get Them to pick up all contents. Had to call them back to get them to do a better cleaning of house. Still left some high window sills dirty with soot. When I filled out a bad review with my insurance company they contact person called me at work to ball me out and tell me to call her and not to tell my insurance company. They lost some of our items and had to point out some items so they would look in their warehouse for them. Some items never returned and they would not take responsibility for it. Finally paid me for light that they returned with missing shades. Also broke curio cabinet glass and took two weeks or so to get that repaired ... There goes sentimental value. Supervisors left the workers to finish job without any supervision. So Glad I was there to monitor them. So Know I would not hire them again or reccomend them.
For the reasons as stated above.
My home was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. I would recommend them to anybody because they are very professional and take pride in their work.
Extremely professional and thorough. Have used them twice now and was extremely impressed. Marci even did a follow-up call with me several days later.
Showed up on time. Each follow up day to check on status they were punctual and effiecient.
Amigos Restoration was great! My dishwasher leaked all over the wood flooring in the main level of my home and also down to the basement. Amigos showed up only an hour after I called, on a Sunday. They were lots of help and I appreciate them taking care of my damages. I definitely recommend using their trust worthy staff.
They were the most professional, kindest people I've ever worked. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and recommend them to anyone. All the people involved were wonderful.
