Maybe it is not their fault that they hire workers who don't know what they're doing. Maybe it is not their fault that their accountant doesn't know how to add up cost properly. Maybe it's not their fault that they're collecting department sends me threatening letters to put a liens on my home because my insurance company is late paying them. Maybe it is their fault and they are just a unorganized company that puts on the best show to get you to sign a contract and then everything else is subpar.
It was great. We had one issue, but they took care of it right away.
I am not likely to recommend them. If they were timely and responsive, and if communication was better, and if problems were addressed as they arose that would be better and that is what they should do. Quite frankly, if I were a man, they would have responded to me some time ago. They shouldn't underestimate me.
We had a great experience getting a new roof from this company! They were professional, did a great job with installation (including cleaning up all the nails), and really helped with a difficult insurance situation before the roof was approved. Based on our experience I'd recommend this company.

Overall I was very pleased with the quality of roofing materials and the workmanship. The project was completed in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up before they left.
The wrong shingles arrived but when I mentioned the problem they were changed out the next day. Felt good knowing that any problems I had would be solved quickly and efficiently.

Our sales rep quit before job was complete. Then it failed inspection and had to be repaired. Then there were hundreds of nails left in our front and back yards. Then the rep was rude when we were recently contacted. I would never wish this for my worst enemy! Customer no_service prevails here. They are a very fractured company. We were misled to think their payment had been completed.
The work was done well. The quality was fine, but there was a lot of lacking with the communication.
I would probably recommend them to a friend.
The product is great, however, I will never do business with nor recommend the company that installed it.

They had poor communication, everything else was pretty decent. I couldn't get them to settle on a time that the crew would be coming, they just showed up. They gave me a week timeframe that they would be here, and that isn't good enough.
