I would recommend that they read and amend the contract. The client is powerless and has no rights or recourse once he signs it. You are at the mercy of DHI.

The roofers were good, other than some flashing issues. The salesman is exactly what they are, salesmen. The man that collects the money in the office is just a collector. They don't come to the job or inspect the job or anything.
