American Dream Home Improvement meet our needs, and are very professional, knowledgeable and responsive.
They did a great job. The crew did an excellent job, but they didn't speak English. It would have been better if at least one person spoke English.
They were professional, nice, and neat people.
I would recommend a different roofing company than the one that was used.

They had poor communication, everything else was pretty decent. I couldn't get them to settle on a time that the crew would be coming, they just showed up. They gave me a week timeframe that they would be here, and that isn't good enough.

I regret the color of the product. They left the work area messy and left supplies behind for almost a week. They cared more about the payment than customer satisfaction They left nails all over the driveway and didn't seem to care. They damaged the sliding during the roofing process. I would not recommend them.
Benito specifically was just a rock star. He was knowledgeable. He knew his stuff. He was relentless. He knew that the insurance company was doing us bogus. He fought tooth and nail to get taken care of what was appropriate for the damage from the hail storms. I highly recommend Benito.
I have been very pleased in my dealings with American Dream. I have dealt with them on three different occasions, and have referred them to several people for their work!
The product and the quality of the work itself appears to be good. The communication between install and final payment was not good. I had to fight to pay what I thought was fair, and eventually it took a google review to get a manager to call me back and write me a check for what I was owed. The work crew seemed to do good work, but I'm still finding nails in my driveway / backyard, and they left their dumpster trailer blocking my garage overnight with no communication.

Working with them was kind of seamless. The only part that I had an issue with, was the schedule. They showed up without notice. I didn't get to cover my car. My garage was left messy. It was a noisy. A notice beforehand would have been a lot more helpful.
I will never recommend them to anybody.
