I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work performed by the Ameri-Pro roof installation crew especially the AmeriPro sales representative Barry Claude who always resolved any concerns I had.
I am grateful for the job they did. I thought there would be a leak through a leak because of winter; I went up to look at the roof, and I think they did a good job.
The crew was excellent and the sales representative was very informative.

I am thrilled with my new roof. However I would never use American home improvement again. The first guy we dealt with apparently got promoted and wouldn't return calls to those he signed up after. The new person didn't return emails or phone calls until days later. then the scammed me for something they 'had to put on my roof' yet didn't have to put on my neighbors roof which is identical to mine. $800 in the grand scheme of things isn't the end of the world but still not ok. They also left debris all over the driveway and grass and in the gutters. Also they just dropped our supplies off IN THE GRASS and tried to leave them there for 2 weeks. We ended up moving them because we didn't want our grass to die. They also popped a hole in one of our screens but in their defense I was tired of dealing with them and they are unaware of that issue
The salesman that came out was very helpful in working through things with my insurance company and walking me through the process.

They are a poor general contractor with poor communication that subcontracts out. They don't even pay the subcontractors a fair amount. I would never do business with them again.
They should have let me know in the beginning they would not put back what they started. They should have put back all the wiring, and the vinyl and the flashing back. I have unfinished work.
