Where to begin? Every phase of my project was excellent! I guess I can start at the beginning but leaving the best for last:First, Alex came by to measure the counter top area in the kitchen. High tech stuff and the quartz top fit perfectly when installed! They installed my sink, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Then, Vlad painted the entire inside of the house with 7 colors used throughout the house! Perfect trim work! Next, Merab and Vlad put up the oak window trim and did perfect sealing work around the wall and trim. The downstairs bathroom needed ceiling work done and Vlad more than met the challenge. Merab and Vlad cut the interior and exterior oak doors, stained them, and were put up in the new door frames. A hall fan was adjusted to the correct spacing. Special cuts of wood were made and stained throughout the house. The upstairs bathroom was done so beautifully with new mirror, toilet, shower doors and floor tile. Vlad did most of the work of this project and you would be lucky to have him working on your house project. Viktar the foreman is the one who brought all of these wonderful craft persons together to create the magic. Anastasiya is the project manager from heaven. Her attention to detail is extraordinary and was vital to the success of this project. Finally, none of this would have happened if it wasn’t for Rob Rathbun, the Senior Design Consultant of America’s Dream Home Works. It was because of him that this project happened at all. He listened carefully to what I wanted to do room by room. Then he would tell me what would and what wouldn’t work within the budget or structurally. Rob is a godsend! He is the perfect first representative to meet from this wonderful, professional, company. Top notch artists of their crafts, and the paper side of the company is right there with them. I cannot say enough about all the people at ADHW. Alex, Vlad, Merab, Viktar, Anastasiya, and of course, Rob! You won’t be disappointed! The visit to see the scope of work was set up very quickly, and we were able to ask a lot of questions. The quote came in quickly and that was also what we had to pay in the end. I was super pleased with the whole thing, but then I'm always happy when Costco is involved.

When we first considered to update our Kitchen Counters, we immediately thought of CostCo. I call was made to CostCo and in less that 2-hours I received a callback from ADH. Withing 2-days, we met with a sales professional from ADH and we were on the schedule. As with any major project, we did encounter a couple of speed-bumps; however, ADH Staff and Team Members did an excellent job in helping to resolve each and every issue.

This is the second project that we did with ADH. We returned because of our satisfaction with their remodeling of our kitchen. This project was a remodel of our patio to include new cement, covered patio and electrical work. John was very helpful in getting us basic knowledge of what was needed. The cement crew did a fantastic job in both the removal of the old concrete and the pouring and finishing of the new stamped concrete. Each day they arrived on time and cleaned up before leaving. Sergey and the patio cover crew were equally timely on their part of the project. They knew we were leaving for a vacation, so they moved the schedule up to make sure it was completed before we left, finishing on a Saturday to accomplish the task. We are spending many evenings dining on our new patio and enjoying being able to withstand the Sacramento heat. Thanks for a job well done.
