Americas Best was referred to me. They were not the least expensive however I felt that they were very knowledgeable about details roof construction and they provided detail photos of our current roof and how the replacement would be handled. I felt more comfortable that they would be doing all the correct things to ensure a roof that won't leak for many years to come. They also finished on time with no delays.

We were extremely pleased with the whole process. I interviewed 6 roofing companies before choosing ABR. The estimator, Ron, was much more clear about what they would do for us and detailed everything. Their cost was not the lowest but their ratings and detailed approach were the winner for me. When they began their work, there was a rain possibility in the future. They came with about 8 workers and finished the removal of the complete old roof in a day. The addition of plywood and complete roofing was finished in three days total. Truly amazing. No extra costs and a beautiful roof. Highly recommend this company.

I felt like the company was extremely professional, kind, and very responsive to all of our needs. I dreaded going into the experience but was so surprised at how easy it was.

I found good communication with the company rep. Though, during the install, the team ran into an obstacle that I would have preferred to have input on the solution for. Our new roof-vents are now installed out of symmetry due to an unusual structural underpinning from the original roof. Had I known this was the case, I might have chosen to remedy the situation in a different, more aesthetically balanced manner. The work is great altogether but that one small glitch is visible for the life of the roof. Something that once you notice, you never stop noticing it.. And I WOULD recommend America's Best Roofing.

Working with Andrew and his team was a pleasure. They were on-time, thorough and honest about the work that needed to be done. We had an extensive amount of facia board to be replaced and it took longer that expected, but they got it completed as quickly as possible at a very good price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The person in charge is reliable, he responds quickly to any concerns. He is friendly and informative. The advices given to house owner were practical. They used magnet to clean up the nails. The roof looks nice and neat.

Andrew and his crew did a great job on our re-roof. Their price was very reasonable given the high quality, attention to detail and great work. They were there on time when they said they would be there, cleaned up very well after each day. They were great about identifying things that needed to be fixed or made better and I liked that replaced and painted all dormers without us having to ask. I think they set us up so we shouldn't have to worry about our roof for a good while. And the labor warranty gives you the added peace of mind that you are in good hands. Andrew was great about answering all my questions with lots of detail. They did also did new seamless gutters through a sub, who also did great work, showed up on time, and cleaned up very well after they were done.One downside is that Andrew was a little too busy and we needed to be proactive in the beginning stages as he would miss dates that he was supposed to reach out to us, but to his defense he was also went on vacation during that time and he mentioned this was a crazy year for the roofing business, so maybe they are better under more normal circumstances. (He was always very good about responding whenever we were the ones to reached out) I must also mention that once we got within a few days of the job he was very good about contacting us and keeping us up-to-date.I would recommend America's Best Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof and trusted advice.
