I was pleased with their service.
We had a total disaster. They threw away about 2/3 of my stuff from the warehouse. I sent in a claim and ATI paid in full. It was a titantic screwup. I'll never see those pieces ever again.
Every worker that came into my house was polite. I have no problems with any of them. They were great.
American Technologies - Riverside made a tough job a lot less stressful.
Do not hire these guys for anything. They do a horrible job and have bad customer service. They don't care about the customer, they care about money.
I just did not care for them.
The service was HORRIBLE!!!!! Our claim was the end of FEB we were NOT COMPLETE UNTIL JULY!! WE HAD HOLES IN OUR CEILINGS WITH MOLD, WE SLEPT IN A GUEST ROOM FOR MONTHS THEN BACK IN UNDER THE GAPING HOLE IN THE CEILING WITH MOLD. The service was horrible now they want us to pay them $1000.00 for our house being unlivable 6 months!!!!! do not use them

The workman who came were very professional and did a good job.
Once ATI got going they did a very good job. We had issues with scheduling that caused the project to take way too long.....5 months for a kitchen/dining room repair. ATI and all of the sub contractors were located in Riverside which is about 70 miles from Rancho Mirage which significantly impacted the schedule and project management. ATI should have an office and list of subcontractors out here in Coachella Valley if they plan to do projects out here. I don't know of anyone who would like to be out of their homes for 5 months for a project of this size.
They did a good job taking care of the problem. I am very satisfied.
I appreciated the way they took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions that I had.
American Technologies was extremely professional. The project manager, Andrew, kept me apprised of the repair process at all times. Their employees were caring and understanding. The companies they hired to do the repairs to my property were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend ATI to anyone needing repairs to their property.
