They're very thorough and very efficient.
Their work was beyond what I expected!
They were good and professional. Just some of the contractors did not follow up like they should have, but everything was done.
I had to call them back a couple of times. They left sloppy work. I had to call back the Project Manager and he had to come and clean up their sloppy work. Also, they didn't always show up on the day they told me they would.
Very professional team of courteous, friendly people. They did a fabulous job!
American Technologies greatly exceeded expectations. They were wonderful, and the best contractor that we worked with.

I did it all through the insurance company but I was very happy with everything done at my home. It was done quick, on time, and like it was said. I'm happy with everything that was done.
The supervisor in charge wasn't that responsive to letting me know what the schedule was. I called and it wasn't in a timely matter to get back to me with the schedule. All the people that came and performed work were courteous and on time.
Everyone from ATI that worked in our house were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Ricardo, Frankie, and Romero did an excellent job.The only thing I would complain about are the cabinets. I was told how great ATI cabinet employees were and they were to busy to do our kitchen so Darren had Kemp Cabinets and I am not happy with them at all.
Louie and Gaspar were wonderful. All work was done well, clean, on time. I highly recommend ATI and plan to call them for future needs. Finally, a contractor I can trust.

It was bad from beginning to end.
The materials, work ,and other things they were supposed to do, they did not do very well. I even wrote to my insurance company.
They are professional but they did not clean up adequately.

First crew was good, They did clean work area. Although we had to reschedule several times to finally get started. 2nd and 3rd crew were not the most professional. Loud music playing on their phone while we are home working. Left paint splatters over racks and floor in areas they painted. Left trash and material behind and didn't reinstall window shutters properly. Husband had call, schedule and get them back to re-try. Still ended up with wood shutters that are installed improperly and now would not close all the way.

I had a lot of work done and the people who worked here have all been excellent. I usually give them a "10" every time they come around. They were great!
