American Restoration-NC did what they were supposed to, and did great work! They were courteous and clean, and we did not have any issues!
American Restoration professionals were good people.
If they don't get it right the first time, they'll make sure they come back out and fix the issue.
I have had too many issues to recommend them to a friend.
It was done in much slower timeframe than I was expecting and hoping for. There were a couple of things agreed upon ahead of time and was not done.
Personally I would not recommend this company unless you have no other options available.
They did a phenomenal job.
We found that our experience was that they had a very slow response to restoration and I had a very difficult time getting the project manager to call me back and let me know what was going on when there were delays. The water mitigation was not a negative experience and they got that done relatively quickly, but the restoration was not quick at all.
The gentleman explained the process required to complete the repair. He left me a telephone number if I had any questions regarding the repair after he had left my home.
The initial contractor meeting was great and informative. The shampoo was the best part of the services completed. However, I was not impressed with the missed appointments w/ the painters. And the fact that you can still see the stains from the water damage from the one coat of paint applied, does not sit well with me but they were instructed by the insurance company to apply one coat of paint only.
I thought they were doing a good job in the beginning, but they didn't end up doing what they said they would. A guy came out and told me they would come back out to complete things, but they haven't came back. I was very disappointed.
American Restoration employees and staff were courteous and helpful every step of the process. Our house flooded which was very traumatic and they did everything possible to make the process go smooth.
Area For Improvement - None, the quality of work and professionalism of American Restoration was outstanding. The employees were extremely responsive, helpful and committed to a job well done. We were extremely satisfied with the restoration outcome.
Area Of Satisfaction - Quality of work was exemplary, visible commitment to a high standard (they corrected any work to ensure it was done properly) and the communication from the project manager to our family was stellar.
