Very professional and well organized- enabling a great experience

The salesperson told me that at most my out-of-pocket cost would be $800, and he would attempt to get it down to $400.00. Of course, he didn't put that "promise" into the contract, and later on, he conveniently wouldn't "remember" making such a statement. In fact, on the very day of his "promise," I texted my son and daughter-in-law: "Our only out-of-pocket is estimated to just be $800, even though our deductible is $2,500. The roofer wants me to be listed on their reference page." My son told me that he and his wife need a good roofer, and I told him to wait and I'll let him know how AmeriPro performed. (Glad I told him to wait!)
AmeriPro used subcontractors who were quite inefficient and unskilled. There were so many problems with the roofing and flashing, that it took 4 months for it to get finished, and I still have zero confidence that the roof was installed correctly.
During the time that I kept finding problems with the roofing and flashing work, the salesperson just kept feeding me a line of lies, espousing that the roofers installed things right -- even though I had pictures that clearly showed otherwise. Eventually, I had to be in contact with Ameripro's corporate office to get the Overland Park AmeriPro team to address all the errors.
Working with AmeriPro Roofing was exceptionally frustrating experience. I would never recommend the Overland Park, Kansas AmeriPro team.

Poor customer service, Joel didn't show up on multiple appointments,he called and asked for the final payment when I had already gave him the final payment, he lost my check and I had to put a stop payment on it through my bank, the communication between the workers and Joel was poor because he called asking for final payment when my gutters and down spouts were not done.

Explained the process well. Showed up on time and completed the project as promised. Answered all questions as needed.

They were excellent to work with because Joey Philips walked us through the entire process from beginning to end and follow through on the quality and satisfaction afterwards.

Maybe it is not their fault that they hire workers who don't know what they're doing. Maybe it is not their fault that their accountant doesn't know how to add up cost properly. Maybe it's not their fault that they're collecting department sends me threatening letters to put a liens on my home because my insurance company is late paying them. Maybe it is their fault and they are just a unorganized company that puts on the best show to get you to sign a contract and then everything else is subpar.

It was great. We had one issue, but they took care of it right away.

I am not likely to recommend them. If they were timely and responsive, and if communication was better, and if problems were addressed as they arose that would be better and that is what they should do. Quite frankly, if I were a man, they would have responded to me some time ago. They shouldn't underestimate me.

We had a great experience getting a new roof from this company! They were professional, did a great job with installation (including cleaning up all the nails), and really helped with a difficult insurance situation before the roof was approved. Based on our experience I'd recommend this company.

Overall I was very pleased with the quality of roofing materials and the workmanship. The project was completed in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up before they left.

The wrong shingles arrived but when I mentioned the problem they were changed out the next day. Felt good knowing that any problems I had would be solved quickly and efficiently.

Our sales rep quit before job was complete. Then it failed inspection and had to be repaired. Then there were hundreds of nails left in our front and back yards. Then the rep was rude when we were recently contacted. I would never wish this for my worst enemy! Customer no_service prevails here. They are a very fractured company. We were misled to think their payment had been completed.

The work was done well. The quality was fine, but there was a lot of lacking with the communication.

I would probably recommend them to a friend.

They had poor communication, everything else was pretty decent. I couldn't get them to settle on a time that the crew would be coming, they just showed up. They gave me a week timeframe that they would be here, and that isn't good enough.

I regret the color of the product. They left the work area messy and left supplies behind for almost a week. They cared more about the payment than customer satisfaction They left nails all over the driveway and didn't seem to care. They damaged the sliding during the roofing process. I would not recommend them.

Benito specifically was just a rock star. He was knowledgeable. He knew his stuff. He was relentless. He knew that the insurance company was doing us bogus. He fought tooth and nail to get taken care of what was appropriate for the damage from the hail storms. I highly recommend Benito.

I have been very pleased in my dealings with American Dream. I have dealt with them on three different occasions, and have referred them to several people for their work!

The product and the quality of the work itself appears to be good. The communication between install and final payment was not good. I had to fight to pay what I thought was fair, and eventually it took a google review to get a manager to call me back and write me a check for what I was owed. The work crew seemed to do good work, but I'm still finding nails in my driveway / backyard, and they left their dumpster trailer blocking my garage overnight with no communication.

Working with them was kind of seamless. The only part that I had an issue with, was the schedule. They showed up without notice. I didn't get to cover my car. My garage was left messy. It was a noisy. A notice beforehand would have been a lot more helpful.
