Alvarado took off 2 layers of shingles in 2004, and put on a new layer. Almost 10 years later, they had to come and patch from wind storm damage. Now, 2021, we needed to put a new layer on. They removed the old one, and put Owens Corning dimensional tiles on. They did such a clean job, we didn't find any nails, shingles, or paper around our house. They took good care of us, and good care of their employees. Always backed up their guarantee, and on time.

Alvarado was fair, honest, reliable and on time. As a contractor I have used them for decades. I have always been happy with their workmanship.

Our experience with Alvarado Roofing, Inc. was excellent, organized, and professional. David Kemper was friendly, very professional, and really went the extra mile to help us through the whole process (from the initial estimate, answering questions, getting everything we wanted listed on the roofing contract, working on-site the day of the installation, and follow up items after the reroofing project was done). Chelsea Kemper in their main office was also very professional and helpful with other items / questions, as well (getting us on their roofing schedule, providing a list of what we needed to do prior to the reroofing project being started, general questions, payment, etc.). Also, the Alvarado Roofing, Inc. team / crew on the day of the installation were professional, worked very hard, and did an excellent clean up of our property. Jonny Zavakos was also very friendly and professional to deal with as part of the after installation process (setting up for the city permit inspection, taking care of a few last details on the roof, quality control, and answering questions). This is why they have a great reputation in the Albuquerque, NM area.

David Kemper did a superb job of getting the the work done on time. He did a great job of resolution of any problem or issue. He has a great crew that all know their jobs and all go about the work professionally. I recommend Alvarado roofings for any roofing work.

Three roof replacements in different locations the last 5 years, all done well. Time will tell the true workmanship but highly satisfied and fully recommend Alvarado. Billy and Chris' estimates and evaluation pre-job were spot on. Professional, friendly, and thorough. Men doing the work - hard workers, respectful, on time, good clean up. Understand that some nails, etc. will be left (part of the job in my view), but far less than my neighbor's roofer. Jobs completed in 1-2 days pending complexity and post-job issues (e.g. level swamp cooler) addressed quickly. Office personnel - on the ball, friendly, helpful every call I've made.

All of the people in the office were very professional. The salesman, Billy, was very professional too. It had been a while since I had talked to them initially, but they were able to accommodate me and do it earlier than what they would normally do.

The staff answered questions on site and in the office, right away and they were very knowledgeable!

Outstanding service including the extra mile. They called my neighbors to make sure there were no nails or debris left in their yards. They used magnets to locate any nails. My neighbors as well as I were impressed with their attention to detail.
