El Paso TX. This company were courteous and explained the work they were doing. they went out of their way to satisfy any questions we had.
I have used Althouse Restore twice this year and I'm glad that my insurance company use them to restore homes. They come out and tell you what they are going to do after they look over the problem. Everything is explained to me and then they take charge right away. The workers are professional and courteous. I have the same insurance company for over 40 years and most of the time in a trailer water is a nasty word, but the right people come out and take care of me. I would tell anyone to use my insurance and if anything really needs to use someone like Althouse to have things done.
The services were timely and the workers were courteous. There weren't any issues with them. I thought that the work was really good.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because they didn't get the job done the first time. I can't get a hold of the boss. They tried to change the price with the insurance company.

My fence was destroyed, and the company has yet to repair it.
Althouse Restore made a difficult situation easier. They worked through the night to minimize damage to our home and belongings, and they have a superior work ethic.
Althouse was unable to detect certain problems with carpeting, and then refused to admit that they ignored or did not recognize issues.
I'm very happy with the job they did. They were very professional and on time. I will go back with them if I need anything like that again.

From the sheer expense and also the since they're not licensed I guess to operate when they find any remote stains that could be mold. That's difficult because obviously when there's water releases of that kind, you might find mold and that makes it kind of counterproductive.
