I was so blessed to have them there, and it was like a big family thing--we just got along so well together, and I just enjoyed every single person who came to my house. My house hasn't ever been this clean--no fuzzy stuff on the fans, and my carpet hasn't been this clean in a long time. I have a light switch that was gold, and they shined it--I never had seen it looking so pretty or shiny. I'd look at it all--this had to be scrubbed, the fans had to be scrubbed. I was blessed.

Alpine completed the restoration of our basement in November of 2016. I cannot say enough about how awesome they are! Their employees work so hard, and they did a great job. Their office staff is also excellent!

The plan was shared. The execution was not per the plan. They did lead pain removal with the plastic tenting, but left about 15 sq feet installed. Why do all the tenting and air scrubbing and leave 15 sq feet???? They supposedly completed the work rand removed everything. I had to report it was still wet with my own meter. They had to come back and bring back all the equipment and it was yet another week. I had excuses about not being able to hire people. Protective plastic was stapled carelessly thru my thermostat and moldings rather than the wall. The people were friendly, but there was not a good follow-thru.
Alpine employees were extremely attentive and careful during the packing in and out of my household items. They were also great during the cleaning process and very organized and got everything done in a timely fashion.
