The man I signed the contract with said that he would bring me the folder showing the ownership of the contract from the company. I was thinking about selling my house, and it may take a year. He said I could transfer the warranty to the next owners when I sold my house. I wanted to make sure it's true, but I never received it. He said he'd bring it by, but he hasn't.

Repeat business is a great indicator of customer satisfaction.

No hidden charges or strange fees tacked on the back end. Everything was discussed in detail , Looks Amazing. The whole team was Excellent.

They did everything they were supposed to do as well as anyone could have.

He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Steven and his crew showed up on time. He answered any questions I had and was very respectful to me and of my property. These guys' are some of the best I have every dealt with in the construction field. Myself, being a construction worker, they were professional and answered questions quickly. If I did have an issue, they were right back out here the next day to check it out. They are just phenomenal. A piece of equipment fell on a storage box I had outside and broke it. Without even saying anything, they just ordered it and I got it in the mail. I thought that was just amazing and professional and showed the excellence of the company itself.

Alpha and Omega Construction wanted the whole job not just the roof so the contractor who was going to do the siding and window trim that was damaged agreed to let them do it all but after more than four months they said that they were done and refunded some money and I was able to get the first contractor to come back to finish what Alpha and Omega had on the contract and the siding job they subbed out to another contractor.

Clayton and all the employees of Alpha and Omega were professional, and went above and beyond to help us get the work done on our apartment building. They answered every question we had and completed the job on time and it looks great! we are continuing to work with Clayton and team from Alpha and Omega to complete other work on our building. I'm sure we will work with them again and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks for everything you've done guys, we appreciate it!! 5 stars!! *****
