The job was not done professionally, it was not performed in a timely manner and they broke things while cleaning. I would not recommend them to anyone.
They were quick to respond and their work was thorough.
Allpro did an excellent job in cleaning up and drying up our basement flood, we are very happy with what they did for us.
During the cleaning of my home, an employee took money out of my closet in my bedroom. When addressing the issue with the company they turned around and tried to prove me as wrong. When it was proven to the manager and owner, all they could do was say sorry, this should not have happened. Then the owner showed up at my front door with a jar of change mostly consisting of pennies and foreign currency. Followed by an explanation that one of his employees were having difficulty in his life. Police were involved. All pro then dropped the agreement of painting the interior of my home. Months later I see an all pro employee in the paper for sexual child abuse. This finalized my trust and ability to ever recommend this company because I was told upon fist meeting that all employees had a full background check.
Employee took money from my home. Owner of company replaced stolen money by bringing over a jar of change...mostly pennies, to make up for loss. Company tried to turn the incident around and began indicating loss happened under other circumstance. (Not by their company). After I stated I still wanted them to finish the job by completing the promised work they dropped my from painting of the home. Would not recommend company. I was reassured that ALL employees were fingerprinted and had a background check. Money was taken from my home and later in the news was one of their employees arrested.

When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Allpro Restoration Services as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
