They have a good sales engagement but when it comes to the installation and the warranty they do not follow up with issues that arise.

The company has not finished the project they started last year. The installers broke my 4,000 dollar door and they have not answered any of my phone calls.
We were very happy with the installation and the crew. We were very disappointed with the communication with the central office. We had one window when they installed that was crack. The frame to one was damaged as well. Once these were reordered and it took months to get the installed. There was no communication on how long this would take. My wife called multiple times a day trying to reach someone in the office and no one would answer the phone.

I think that Allied did a wonderful job with both the installation of my windows and installation of my siding and I would recommend them to anyone in the Dallas area.
It was perfect, but the clean up was a big problem and there was paint all over. They didn't prepare when they put kiln on. They sprayed kiln all over the windows where the siding was. Other than that okay. They didn't cover all of the window and if the wind blows, it would get all over the windows.

The product is great! My only issue was it took months for the completion of the job. We had both a roof and siding done but once the roof was complete, the crew was supposed to paint the areas where nails were used. It took from mid August until the end of October to do the touch up painting.
We were very satisfied with the work. We added other items as we went along, like a gutter system. I was very pleased with the whole job.

We are very happy with the finished product but had some issues after that are still very frustrating. Our garage door was broken during the process and we were instructed to have the door fixed and we would be reimbursed. I forwarded the receipt on 8/31/18 and it's 10/19/18 and I am STILL waiting on reimbursement and have called the office countless times trying to get answers. We also had a few penetrating nails damage the inside of the house and were told someone would be calling to schedule repairs and are also still waiting. I was hoping all these issues would be settled so I could give a glowing survey but realized I'd be waiting for way too long.
