Areas Of Satisfaction - I think Nick exceeded my expectations with his communication regarding the process. He worked with the insurance company and facilitated that process. He was helpful. Also, the painting crew did an exceptional job.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Dave Trevathan went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care off and was satisfied with the service and outcome. He also worked closely with my insurance adjuster to comply with everything that she needed to approve the project. That was very important to me.

Check out the materials, make sure you ask details about the materials and what they're going to put up there. Do research about it, I didn't do that. Make sure everything you say, or they say is signed on paper. Not what you verbally agreed to. Make sure you, your insurance company, and the contractors number matches what they will get from your insurance. Do not let them deal directly with your insurance.
