Had a really bad experience with these guys. Would not recommend at all. Our project was very minor water damage repair in the bathroom.First problem was coordinating a time to work on it - they said they only do 9am appointments and nothing else..?Next, they told us we could only select materials from mediocre sources that give them discounts to help their profit margins.. pretty scammy.Finally, they withdrew from the project halfway through with no warning, leaving our bathroom torn to shreds, because apparently we took too long to decide on a shower unit (they gave us no indication that there was a time limit).

I give the three stars rating because the people very responsive to any request I had. However, I had constraints with the insurance company. If you are hiring them for insurance work, please make sure everything is settled before work is started.

we were lied to from day one, we were told we would b happy when it was done. were not. they changed the plans without our permission. added an additional closet that was not on plans an we did not want. put a sump pump under our bedroom and that's all you hear at night driving me insane. got down graded from real wood cupboards to cheap ones. had metal bath bars he gave us freakin plastic. the cupboards in kitchen are only 1/2 cupboards. wouldn't rebuild one of our rooms because he couldn't figure out the roof line. said he couldn't rebuild the back of the house concrete like the front because of codes in area. talked to inspector he said he could have, so now we got siding instead of concrete I hate it . then he kept on telling us no on everything we picked out for floors ect. the cheap cupboards already warpped never recommend him to anyone.
