The Project manager failed to provide me with invoices allowing me to understand what my expenses were. The time frame also was off as the project delivery date was late by 2 months due to failure to provide adequate documentation to condo association in proper time frame. But workmanship was good especially on the bathroom remodel.

Bob is the Best! Although he is the manager, he would come to my home to insure that I understood what was about to happen and why. If there was something that I wanted to do that was not going to have a good outcome, he would personally address it with me explaining the pros and cons of making that decision. All of Affiliated Restoration Contractors that worked in my home appeared to go above and beyond to meet my needs. I truly felt that restoring my home was not just a job but the quality of restoration was the intended outcome. Please extend my gratitude to Bob and Affiliated Restoration Contractors, Inc. I couldn't have made a better selection of contractors.

My contractor was very informative and had time for me. He tried to work with me to get what I wanted. He always took my call and was always available for me. He was also very personable and was like an extended part of the family. We worked on the house for over a year and he made it feel comfortable. It became a home again for us.
