Actually, I’m my opinion, they were excellent!!!Advantage Roofing is one of the best companies I’ve seen in a very long time and am so grateful that I had the pleasure of having them do work for me.They are one well-oiled machine!!!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ all the way around!!!And I’ve never felt as appreciated as a customer as I have by them!! Starting from the sales person to the workers/craftsmen to the office personnel.They just keep on giving!!In the beginning I didn’t even want to think about having my roof done & having to go through the hassle of once again dealing w/ another incompetent contractor, spending all my time overseeing the work & workers just to be sure it was done properly and to my satisfaction!! But boy was I pleasantly surprised!! 👏I found that there are huge advantages when you choose Advantage Roofing!! 🤣 Sounds like a commercial but I’m serious!During the process, it became so obvious that this company has gone to great pains & huge efforts to come up with, develop and perfect what it takes to set them apart from so many others!And I know from experience that it takes years of hard work, good management & a commitment from every single employee to rise to the level of expertise & customer service the way they have!!Oh, and I also had them install a gutter screen similar to Leaf Gutter but w/o the plastic and a WHOLE LOT CHEAPER!!! I think they call it “Leaf Blaster”.No more pine needles or leaves getting stuck in the wire screens I had in previously!! Nothing gets thru this new super strong wire screen, not even the granules that come off the new shingles!!! You can’t hardly even bend this screen it’s soo strong but it even has a stamped in pattern on it to make it even stronger and also helps grab our control the water so it doesn’t overshoot the screen.So kudos to the company itself for knowing how to run a company, how to provide the best goods & services, how to run/manage projects, how to work/deal w/ the customer, how to have good continual open communication w/ the customer as well as w/ the workers and the different trades involved, how to hire, train, manage & keep good people, how to support / encourage their workers in a way that makes them happy in their job which makes them want to give their all and do such a good job!!So thanks again, beautiful job!!!And I would love to share so many details about all the issues & problems I had for the last 20 yrs, even after having a new roof installed 11 yrs ago by what was supposed to be a reputable builder who owned his own roofing company, that ADVANTAGE ROOFING RESOLVED for me!!!! They are sooo good!!So anyone considering using them please feel free to contact me for even more details!!!You don’t want to have your roof installed or reinstalled without at least talking to Advantage Roofing first!!!!

This is the company.Ryan Merrell, Advantage rep., met with my adjuster for my house inspection and stayed with the adjuster until they finished their inspection. Advantage handled all my paperwork and made sure I received credit and replacement value with the upgrades I had on my old roof. I was always kept in the loop during replacement. I received a final phone call from Ryan, Advantage Rep., after my work was complete to be sure I received the final check from my insurance company that cover all upgrades I had on my old roof.

The project manager Austin explained every step of the process clearly. The work crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day and completed the work in one day. The new roof looks nice. The crew cleaned up everything before they left. The cost was reasonable and right on the estimate I was given. What more could you ask?I would recommend Advantage Roofing to a friend.
