We are very pleased with the work performed by Advanced Roofing, Siding & Windows. The scope of the work included new windows, siding and the installation of a farmers porch. While the project took longer than expected, primarily due to challenges resulting from the pandemic, the finished product is top notch, the house looks amazing. A bonus to the project is the sincerity, friendliness and quality of all the workers, starting with Leo, and just as Leo promised.

Advanced RSW and subcontractors were very professional at all times, responsive to our requests on the little as well as big issues. The quality of work done was excellent. Trying to get them to finish up was a challenge, "we'll be there tomorrow" is not a definite. Very annoying trying to get my job finished, Leonardo put on the contract that the work would be complete on 10/31, last piece put in place on 12/22. So annoyed I cancelled them installing 2 windows and storm doors.

Areas For Improvement - Project according to contract was to begin Oct 5 and conclude Nov 6. Project did not start until Nov 12 and HAS NOT concluded as of today which is 1/11/16. Materials were late in arriving to start the project due to problem in manufacturing new windows.

Recognized Excellence

Recognized Excellence - Daniel and his whole crew of workers were great. Extremely hard working! I would usually get home before they packed up for the day, so I was able to quickly check in with them to see how things were going. Sometimes there was a bit of a language barrier, but I would try to get periodic updates from Leo.
