They sent a work crew that did not speak English. The work crew broke several items in my house. They move everything around and put items in different places. After they leave you start straightening up looking for things and realize the items have been stolen.

The men who came here were careful, kind, polite and thorough. They, too, paid attention to my feelings and my distress that this had to be done at all.
