They sent a work crew that did not speak English. The work crew broke several items in my house. They move everything around and put items in different places. After they leave you start straightening up looking for things and realize the items have been stolen.
The kindness shown from the beginning by Carol Gordon and the continued follow-up she provided made me feel secure that my home and my "things" were in safe hands. The men who came here were careful, kind, polite and thorough. They, too, paid attention to my feelings and my distress that this had to be done at all. GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
