Acosta employees are great. The company itself could use some changes. My experience with Acosta so far has been very challenging and eventful. Some self inflicted on my part, but company errors as well.
I came home from vacation to find both of my AC systems down from a potential lightning strike. Technicians came out on a Saturday and were able to fix one of my units and identify a needed replacement part for the other. Was happy I was an Acosta Club member and could get such prompt service.
The technician Jason went above and beyond to find the part that I needed for my air conditioner. He even went and picked it up for me.
Great experience. Technician was wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable. Arrived hours within calling in for service. Tracking his arrival was an added bonus.
This company exceeds all expectations when it comes to generator knowledge and quality of work. Instead of running through a checklist and charging what they could, he found the problem and and solved it quickly and in a quick turnaround. From when I called in, to when the job was done, it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend them.

Quick same-day service and accurate repair
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Acosta Heating & Cooling as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
