Jerome, who coordinated the mitigation of the damages was courteous, attentive to our needs, careful with our possessions and completed their portion of the restoration well and in a timely manner.Mark Sheldon, Project Manager, and his crew particularly Gage were amazing. Mark was always on time, it actually became a joke that I held him to his estimated arrival. He was on top of the entire process. Every time we had a question, he could answer it. His subcontractors, especially Mike Gregory at Volume Carpet Sales and David Young the cabinet builder and re-finisher, mirrored his work ethic, kindness and concern for our needs. Gage on Mark's crew stood out as precise in his work particularly in his finish work at the end of the project. His attention to detail is impeccable. Great crew, great subs, great job!I have would be happy to recommend Accuworks!!
They provided good service. They were timely and did what they said they were going to do. I was satisfied.
It would've been a 4-star rating if they could've gotten the work done and started quicker.
The crew that did our repair on our bathrooms failed to do the work in a timely manner and often took short cuts on the work they did perform. In the shower area they failed to put either backer board or Red Gard sealant until my wife forced them to prove they had applied either. They failed to prime the raw drywall so they used twice the amount of paint and it still failed to cover. Due to our lack of trust in their work, we had our own plumber perform the plumbing . After the workers had promised to be ready for our scheduled plumbing work, they failed to complete their portion so that our plumber could do the job. Even the portion that was done was not correct because the tile around the toilet was too unlevel to place the toilet so we had to reschedule our plumber. We finally dismissed the crew and tried to complete the grouting, painting, and trim work ourselves. We settled with the Accuworks representative to be done with the entire situation. We, however, have discovered several unknown issues that have prevented us from completing the work in the bathroom. Upon attempting to eliminate a squeak in the downstairs bath threshold, we discovered that no support was placed between the floor joist on a portion of the subfloor that the crew installed. This area spans the main heat and air duct and is not accessible. If it had been done when the floor was open, it would have been a matter of only a few minutes to remedy. Also the ceiling is so uneven in the downstairs bath, we have not been able to reinstall crown molding in that bath.
They were kind, professional, hard-working, and thorough. I have no complaints.
AccuWorks was great to work with, especially after dealing with a total loss. They made the process seamless and reassured us along the way.
They made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.
The work was completed as described but scheduling and accountability could have been better.
Brett explained everything to me as he was doing it and was extremely thorough. I was confident everything would be dried completely - which it was.
They came when they said they would be there. They did there best to make my difficult flood as painless as possible
