The overall experience was awesome. Our air conditioner was broken and they came out and fixed it in one day. The fixed AC unit is working great and my heating and cooling bills have already gone down.

Showed up in a reasonable amount of time. Seemed to me the technician was guessing what to try next. After leaving the problem recurred and the tech had to return. More guess work and the problem was "patched" with no definitive fix.

Initially, the problem was not resolved. However, as soon as I contacted the company, they had somebody there immediately to resolve the problem. They also followed up to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.
