Very grateful to the AAA personnel who were all amazingly kind and a helpful.
They were very quick on the drying and clean up of my flooded basement and talked a good story about the repairs. When it came time to actually do the repair work is where it all fell apart. Four months later the basement is still a complete mess and the work that WAS done is horrible. They actually caused more damage than the water. My insurance company has finally given me permission to get bids from another contractor to fix it right.
Incredible lack of profeshionalism. Had to be called back 5x in order to get work done correctly. Simple mold cleaning in a good sized crawl space took over 2 weeks when I was told it should be a 3 day job. Had to dismiss the crew one day due to their cursing through the floor at us for "sitting on our asses" while they were working. I would never recommend them. Almost cost me the sale of my house.
AAA was wonderful in handling our water damage claim. Steve served as point person and was extremely professional and accommodating. Additionally, we used AAA as contractor for our subsequent remodeling work. Would highly recommend AAA!
Everyone at AAA was so helpful. Not only did they do their jobs well and with speed, they were great about giving us all the information we needed to make the best decisions cost-wise, to stretch the insurance claim money for the best results.

The women cleaning stole a 3.5 Karat solitaire Diamond ring left in a drawer, when we made a police report, the owner of the company Obstructed Justice by providing to the police false contact numbers for the 5 women who were in the house.5 out of 5 phone numbers were disconnected or wrong numbers. There were 15 other items missing as well. This company will willingly cover up any theft so they do not need to be held accountable. Allstate placed this company in my home, and When we asked Allstate to prevent this company from entering any other home, we were met with hostilities. If you want to be stolen from, by all means let these people in your house.

AAA was amazing! They were at our home within 2 hours of calling and are located 45 minutes away. We were thoroughly explained the process of the water cleanup and answered all our questions. We asked if they could come early each day to check equipment and they did. Awesome company!!!

Showed up for the job unprepared. Didn't have the right tools for the job. Damaged property unnecessarily. Then left a God-awful mess when they left. A 2 hour job took them 10 hours.
They were friendly, caring and understanding. When they showed up it was a bad time. They took time out to explain everything, more than once. They were very patient.
