They didn't have a lot of place to move things. I had a stereo downstairs where the flood occurred. They put it in the middle of the bed in the bedroom and stacked books around it, and it jammed the key on the stereo so it no longer works. I can no longer play cassette tapes like I wanted; it's a very old stereo.

They did a good job. They came and went whenever they needed to. The head man kept everything going and let me know ahead of time what was going on, so it worked out just fine.

AAA Disaster Services provided excellent customer service and great workmanship.

only complaint is that they did not mention anything about the floor rotting under our bathroom. Why is that? We found out from a plumber that later did work on the place. The floor was so rotted under our old water heater that it was tilted. The plumber had to put up wood beams to hold the new water heater in place.

Having had experienced a terrible and unprofessional service from another prominant disaster service company a couple of years ago, AAA Disaster Services was a total and complete positive and professional experience. Any questions I had and/or concerns I had as work was being done was immediately addressed and resolved by AAA Services. I was very pleased with the quality of work as well.

Such a great company to do work with. I dont understand the insurance process and they were great at explaining it and helping me to understand what would happen and when. Dennis, mike and garrett were personable and great to deal with. Thanks for all the help
