Shingle Appearance - "Satisfied" is too weak of a word for what I feel about the appearance of the shingles used, but it's definitely a 5.

Areas Of Satisfaction

Areas Of Satisfaction - A1 General Contracting exceeded my expectations in every category that was covered in this survey. They went above and beyond in working with them and their crew and definitely above and beyond with the cleaning. Once they were done and they left, you would have never known they were here. Everything was cleaned up, and they left nothing behind, not even the least little bit of trash. They were fantastic.

Additional Comments - I would only like to reiterate earlier that I wish I could give them a better score than a 5. I wish you guys had a scale up to 10 so that it could be, in my opinion, even more inclusive of just how fantastic and just how wonderful A1 General Contracting was. From Dylan, all the way down to his crew, they were a pleasure to deal with.

The entire experience was great; the communication, the work, everything was great. They did a great job in working with the insurance company as well.

Additional Comments - Overall, it was an amazing job they did and a great experience. They did a beautiful job at my nephew's house and I didn't look anywhere else for my house.

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the gentleman who owns and operates A1 General Contracting LLC, Dillon, for his exceptional service. To Dillon, you're not just a customer. It has nothing to do with the fact that he runs and owns the company. I honestly feel he genuinely cares about the job that's done and not just because it makes his company look good. Based on talking to him, being around him, and seeing the nth degree he will go to to make it right, I feel that's just him. That's his personality, even if he wasn't the boss. I recognize that his work ethic is to ensure it's the absolute best he can do.
