They started late since they were finishing another project and had to finish the following day, but the work and materials seems to be of quality. They handled submission to insurance for discount in premium for hail-proof shingles without me needing to do anything. Only complaint is that they placed boards against my garage door (for protection?), but seems to have caused problems since with the garage door opening. It now often gets stuck part way up and I have to reopen/close more than once to get it to open all the way.
Everything is good. The company's very good--number 1.
The office staff was great to work with- understanding that we needed to wait to pay until insurance came through. Very professional in their communications with me- what to expect the day the work was done, precautions to take etc. We were not actually home when the roof was done, but all was cleaned up by the time we got home.
We asked for hail resistant shingles and that is what we thought we purchased. We sent the paperwork to our insurance company to get a discount. Turns out we did not get the right shingles. We got charged the correct price for the shingles we got but we were totally misled during the process. It was so irritating since we said upfront we wanted hail resistant shingles. This is the first roof I had replaced and was relying on the salesman to provide what we asked for. I was shocked that our roof did not have the shingles we wanted to purchase. So frustrating.
A to Z was fantastic from start to finish! They got our insurance company to cover the entire roof, installation and clean up was SUPERIOR!! Our experience was 10 for 10! Absolutely OUTSTANDING!

The A to Z installation staff was good and professional, but program management from Cory was very poor. Post-installation resolution to issues led by Cory is unacceptable.
Love this company! Had tons of them hitting me up after the hail storm but Jimmy and the team were on the spot. Friendly, fast and a beautiful new roof! I recommend them!
