It was a very busy time of year and getting things done requires a lot of planning, the company was overwhelmed with need so it was hard to get things done. I myself had to get things done and had to be reimbursed.

They were responsive and thorough, completed the work in a timely fashion. I would recommend them highly.

They told us we could probably just use a deodorizer to get the smell out and they were right. They offered other solutions if that didn't work.
