It was a very busy time of year and getting things done requires a lot of planning, the company was overwhelmed with need so it was hard to get things done. I myself had to get things done and had to be reimbursed.
They were responsive and thorough, completed the work in a timely fashion. I would recommend them highly.
Trust - I do STRONGLY agree with this. If we had an issue with anything, a list was made and someone was sent to get it right. They were true to their word.
Recognized Excellence - Lee (repair tech) (very nice and went above and beyond and did all work as though he were doing it in his own home), Harley-- very hard-working, Albert (very nice and hard working), Nate (nice and easy to work with -- wanted to ensure our satisfaction), Jason (nice, hands on in terms of jumping in to resolve problems) There were others deserving recognition but we don't remember the names.
Additional Comments - A & I really wants the homeowner to be happy with the end result. They work to get the project done right. If we had it to do over again, we wouldn't have gone with a different water restoration company.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the timeliness of the repairs and the ability to patch up the house before it rained. We had a hole in the roof so we avoided a lot of damage by them acting quickly and doing a good job.
Recognized Excellence - I believe the manager's name was Rod. He did an excellent job.

Areas Of Satisfaction - We didn't have fire damage, we just had a strong smoke smell in the house. They were the only company we talked to that gave us an honest evaluation. They told us we could probably just use a deodorizer to get the smell out and they were right. They offered other solutions if that didn't work. Everybody else went straight to a more profitable solution.
Additional Comments - They were very professional and we really appreciated their honest evaluation. They weren't out to make money on us, instead they offered us a reasonable alternative.
