Review of Bay Area Roofing Inc. by

Bay Area Roofing did an excellent job on our new roof. The staff in the office were helpful and Walter, the project manager was top notch! All extra wood repair/replace was quoted and we felt the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a roof replacement.

Excellent service, Lenny Gonzalez was highly attentive. I felt valued as a customer and I appreciated that he took the time to explain what the job would entail. Overall, the quality of workmanship is excellent. I would recommend them.

I had vinyl replacement windows installed three years ago in my 70 year old brick home. Could bad installation (shims?) be causing interior wood to pull away?

I dont really see any water damage. They could have by accident impacted the trim with the shims. Maybe send a pcture of the outside and that should tell us a little more
I have a 50 gal. gas Bradford water heater in my house that is almost 12 years old. I want to replace in the near future. What are my non-tankless options?
