Is there a good way to keep my mulch from washing down my hill and into my back yard every time in rains?

Install a decorative stone border or edging that will helpĀ hold the mulch in place.
I recently had a company come to clean my ducts and they suggested a uv light be installed before the ducts were cleaned. Is this worth the money?
