I liked the finished project, but measurements needed to be corrected on the design, and the design had to be modified to be what I wanted.

Her design expertise opened up new ideas that I could not have imagined, which were remarkable, especially for some of my closets with odd and unusual spaces. She was able to give me room in areas that I thought could never be used. I had one small bedroom restructured into a glamorous closet which has become my peaceful sanctuary. I am thrilled with the outcome of every aspect!

While I can't compare my two jobs to what other companies might have done, Closet works did a good job.

The Closet Works Inc is easy to work with. The designer spent a lot of time with me helping to ensure my project would meet my needs. I loved the results on the first two projects and invited them back for two more. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to everyone.

Communication - Nothing was left to chance. I received calls and emails and was well-informed about the progress of my several projects.

Problem Resolution

Problem Resolution - I transformed a coat closet into a kitchen pantry with Shelley Harris’ help. The installer notified me that the top shelf did not fit properly; he called in a new order for that shelf and it was ready ahead of schedule. I really did not have to do anything. The Closet Works handled everything for me.

Design

Design - My pantry is a wonderful addition to our kitchen as is the redesigned closet in a guest room, storage shelves in the main bath and additional shelves in my clothes closet. I love it all.

Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Tara understood our request and worked with us to materialize our idea into our new closet. She was patient, professional, detailed oriented and pleasant to work with. The person who came to install the closet was also very professional, pleasant and caring, worked efficiently and quietly and left the site clean. The materials are quality and the finished closet looks amazing. When we had a couple minor delays/issues, the entire team communicated clearly and offered timely solutions. We have had our new closet for several months now and it is such a pleasure to use it. Thank you to the entire team behind the project!

Great product, great price

Job site was not left clean, dirt on walls, shelving, and floor, odds and ends used at 'feet' for the vertical pieces.
There were some design issues that needed to be fixed (hook spacing, height of tie holder leaving ties hanging over belts) and I later realized some more expensive items were used and not at all needed (like pull out tie and belt holders that had nothing obstructing them in the first place).
