I had a vision of what I wanted done to the existing deck which meant tearing the old down and starting over. The new deck is exactly what I wanted. Since my husband passed away the decisions on these things are left to me. Everyone at Swank is so helpful and explains things so I can understand. This project was being done at my lake house, about 2 hours north of Flint. Swank has a team that was willing to make the trip for the project and also for the initial prep. I was kept informed by FaceTiming.with the crew. After the issue with the wood rot my brother and I drove up to see the project. My brother has a lot of knowledge regarding building and he talked to Darrell and was very impressed by how the problem was solved. My brothers words, "you are in good hands with them." That said volumes to me.

As long as we have needs for repairs or remodeling, we will continue to use Swank Builders. We highly recommend them.
