Great job.

Not satisfied with the result in our master shower where the epoxy used is pulling away from the tile joints and moldy.

The first tech that came out did not listen to my issues. He selected a grout color for the wall seams that was way too light and did not match the grout color of the actual tiles. He said it was dry darker…it did not. Looks like a eyesore. Seal was broken in less than a month. He also asked me to sign the work order without putting a leave time on it…said he would fill that out later. My guess is that he was taking all the time he saved doing a shoddy time for his own personal time.

My second technician was amazing. There was nothing he could do about the wrong color wall grout…but he did listen to my problems. He suggested going off “brand” with a wet look sealant that would darken the floor tiles. He said that it would create a slippery surface but explained that since the shower tiles are not smooth it would not be an issue. He was 100% right. I still have the eye sore of the wall seams but at least the sealant is holding up well.

Phenomenal customer experience from first call to end result. I’ve used Sir Grout multiple times now to fix problems and act as a trusted advisor on subjects I know very little about.

I would recommend as they were good work with and a fair price and overall they did a. Ice job. That being said make sure you do a final review of the hard to see and detailed places before they leave.

NEVER. Awful job. Awful attitude. Damaged our stone on purpose after we complained and they had to come back. Sloppy job. Messy work area. Damaged our wood floors. Skipped steps. I would never ever recommend them to anyone and I would advise everyone considering to hire them to look elsewhere.

We had 1/2 of a shower and bathroom floor regrouted. Some additional gaps and cracks were also filled in on the fly when I asked for that. The work is quality. The person who did the work was thorough, careful, and easy to talk to. The scheduler was also attentive and helpful. Our bathroom looks way better now!

This is the second time that I've used them. Their service was fine. Their customer service was great. I was able to get an appointment that was convenient to me. I really would recommend them to somebody else to use. The work was done. It was neat and clean. There were no issues and no problems. Everything was good. This was the second time using them in 8 or 10 years.

They did an excellent, thorough job. They were realistic on what could be done with a repair, and delivered that and a cleaning as promised.

Owner was rude, estimator must not have known how to price, follow-up workers did not do the follow-up work but said they did. The owner charged for doing follow-up work that never got done by the workers who lied about doing the work. Had to find another company to re-do their work so that my floor could be as presentable as it was before they attempted to restore my grout.

Misdiagnosed problem. Workers mistakenly overruled initial misdiagnosed, performed even less work. Came back for further work which also failed. We lost are money and had to redo the bathroom, removing tile, drain, subfloor, drywall, etc due to further damage from the problem.

Grout does stain and look dingy over time. Sir Grout effectively revived our bathroom tile and our sunroom floor with their excellent work.

We wanted to regrout the tile but the salesperson told us we would be fine to do a color seal. The color seal continues to chip and I wish we had regrouted. When I told this to the company they came back to fix where the color seal chipped off, but then it just chips again within a week. I wanted a long-lasting solution, and this is definitely not it.

I’ve been in construction for 28 years and know a few things and one thing I learned is to stay away from this company never use them again or refer them!

Sir Grout did an incredible job of restoring the marble in my bathroom, especially in the shower. The grout looks fantastic! I highly recommend them.

First visit, work around bathroom faucet not done. Faucet is now loose and drips- damaged. Grout work cracked on bathroom floor- second visit needed. Cement left on tiles. Paid second worker for his parking and tip. Damaged faucet and cement on the floor. Don’t waste your money!

It was a professional quoting process and the end result looked good.
