I've used Russell Roofing several times over many years for large and small jobs because every time I'm very happy with their workmanship and results. Top-notch service is the norm starting from office staff to workers clearing the work site.

After installing a new cupola to top off the excellent roofing job the weather vane was omitted….. l called to get that done and the receptionist assured me she would call the scheduler to have it done so after several weeks l called my sales representative Peter and he apologized and said he would call the scheduler to get it done but again no results so I finally had my tree person do it. A shame to ruin your good job by such a minor screw up!

I am so happy I had Russel Roofing do the roof work on my University City home. They are the best! They identified the problem, shared photos of the condition of my roof by using images taken by a drone. Next they scheduled a time for the work to begin, weather permitting. The job was completed in a timely manner as promised. The job site was left clean and the workmanship was excellent!

There are many roofing contractor options out there but I’m so glad I went with Russel Roofing. You can tell these guys have many years of experience doing high quality work. All the people we dealt with were very professional and courteous. They also left the job site each day fully cleaned up and free from debris, nails, etc. Great work by a great team.

You could hire a less expensive roofer, but you wouldn't be sure the work is done right and wouldn't have Russell's good service. With Russell, I didn't worry about the quality of the work, and now I sleep soundly knowing my roof is sound and water tight.

We're pleased with the work so far. Time will tell how the roof wears, but no problems so far. The jury is out on the replacement skylight, which is very different from the one it replaced. I had expected a major upgrade, but it's not clear that it is so far. We'll know more as the weather warms.

Excellent work and customer service

The work itself on the roof was excellent. We are sure the roof is going to last a lifetime. The experience with our salesperson/project manager, however, was often - and remains - stressful and uneven.

The company hung in with us through the pandemic and a year of negotiations, meetings, and church committee questions. Once the job was started the job flowed smoothly. It seems that the company is very busy so it took a while to get on their calendar to have the job start.
