We love our new bathroom! Remodeling Expo was easy to work with and responsive to any of our concerns. Our Project Manager, Giovanni, worked very hard to meet our expectations and work around our schedule. We would recommend Remodeling Expo to anyone who is interested in a renovation project.
I would definitely recommend Remodeling Expo for any project. They’re a great company to work with, very honest and trustworthy. Excellent work, on time and on budget, very professional from design, selection of materials to the finished touches.

I am really happy with the quality of work provided by Remodeling Expo. The materials that they use are quality and the professionalism of the members of the company are great. I think an area of improvement would be better communication towards the end of jobs. We had two full bathrooms, one half bath, and a kitchen remodeled. The master bathroom, half bathroom, and kitchen were done at the same time. The other full bathroom was done after and this seemed to be a very slow moving process. I suppose I would much rather have quality work compared that’s good compared to rushed work that is sloppy. When I look at the kitchen and bathrooms, we are definitely satisfied overall.

Additional Comments - For the most part, I am very happy with how everything turned out with Remodeling Expo Center. They were on the pricier side; however, you get what you pay for.
Areas For Improvement - At first I thought that 4 weeks for a kitchen was too long, but when I asked around, most people told me it would take more like 6 weeks. So they Remodeling Expo is actually very efficient with their schedules.
Areas Of Satisfaction - First and foremost, my kitchen is gorgeous and the attention to detail is meticulous. Then I would like to comment on the designers... they are simply awesome. I would expect to pay 2 to 3 thousand dollars for this caliber of design from a professional designer and it's part of Remodeling Expo's job.

My project came out spectacularly. Beyond my wildest dreams. There were a few minor things that could have been smoother but in the end, it's great.
Areas For Improvement - I wish the countertops didn't take 1 week to be installed, but I think this was beyond their control, so maybe its not fair to judge them on this?
Areas Of Satisfaction - Every aspect of the remodel really went well. They stayed on schedule, on budget and the workmanship could not have been done better. All in all this company could not have done a better job.

I knew I had the right company when the sales consultant left my home. John wasn't just a sales rep; he was a professional estimator and designer. It was the expertise I was looking for. It didn't stop there. John was supported by Remodeling Expo's Design Studio, where I worked with Princess, a certified kitchen designer. The process went smoothly right through installation. If you're tired of the proverbial "Billy Bob" contractor, call Remodeling Expo. They are professional through and through.
Areas For Improvement - There were a few items that arrived damaged, but my project manager was on top of it and by the end of the day, we had replacements. So no complaints here.
Areas Of Satisfaction - We're most satisfied with their follow through. When they say something will happen. It happens. This may sound trivial, but it's not. In summary, we trusted Remodeling Expo with our project and they delivered!

We had a great experience with Remodeling Expo Center. Their entire process is highly detailed. It made me very comfortable that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Brittany was my sales consultant and she was awesome. Princess was my designer and I absolutely loved her! and Francisco was my project manager, he was very attentive.
