I am very unhappy with the company. They did terrible work for me. The company did the work very badly. My AC unit is not working properly and the temperature has been very high. It has been very hard for us to sleep. I have spent a lot of money with this company and ended up having to call someone else. The new company showed me all the bad work Real Plumbers did. If I was not a busy person I would take the company to court and make them pay me back for everything I paid. I do not like problems, but it is not okay what they have done.
I have been using Real Plumbers for 15 years. They are very professional. I've used them both at my house and my office. They come put a solution for whatever is ailing our system, so it's great. I would grade them an A.
They've done several things for us. We've installed a garbage disposal, and they've replaced two toilets. I'd give them an A.
They've been out there a couple of times. They replaced our hot water heater and clearing out a line, where there has been a clog in the air conditioner condensation pipe. They cleared out the line that drains from the ac unit. I would grade them overall a B.
They did HVAC and plumbing. For the most part, the HVAC and plumbing was fine. It was just that we were doing some work that they didn't relatively have experience in. We were doing some radiant floors, and I'm not very happy with the results, and in their defense they were OK. So, we're still trying to determine the cause of the issue. Their response has been positive; it's just that the issue hasn't been resolved. I'd give them a strong B. I would strongly recommend Real Plumbers for everything except radiant floors.
They did plumbing work. They fixed the problem. I didn't have to call them back out. I would give them an A+.
They did HVAC service. Everything turned out OK, and I didn’t have to call them back for anything. I think I’d give them an A.
They did HVAC work for me. It was a cathode—electronically it was a cathode—they changed the voltage and turned the motor around. That was the problem, and I think we had a heat valve here that kept turning on and off, and that component just blew. The guy identified it immediately and didn't try to BS me and throw in things that weren't relevant. It was positive. We even had a fuse outside, and he tolerated that. I'd give them an A+. The guy got to the problem. Didn't try to throw in things that weren't happening, as has been done in the past. They were very respectful.
They did plumbing for me. It went well. They met the time all right. I did not have to call them back. I'd give Real Plumbers a B+.
If I used them, I probably used them as part of a home warranty. I think it may have been HVAC—I honestly at this point don't know. I would grade them a B.
It was plumbing. Everything is fine. The workers were very pleasant and very neat, and they fixed what they said. I didn't have to call them back out. I'd give them an A+. I've used them several times.
I think they've got experienced plumbers that do a good job. I don't think they're the cheapest, but I do think that the work is quality work. I'd give them an A.
The diagnosis was clear. The price was OK. He did the work quickly. It was just great— happy, happy, happy. There was a sink that was blocked. He figured it out, and we agreed he would replace the disposal. He did all of that. He had one in the truck. It was great. I would give them an A.
It was good. They were quick, and they were clean. They installed a new hot water heater. I would give them an A+.
The experience was as described, it was done quickly, and a reasonable price. They've worked here a couple of times. They replaced some pipes and some faucets. They deserve an A.
I thought their fees were overly priced, but that's the only complaint I have. They installed a new gas furnace and a new hot water heater. I'll say it's a B.
I do remember it being positive. I would have remembered if it was negative. I believe it was air conditioning work. I'd rate it A+.
They were available when I needed them. They showed up when they said they would show up, and they solved the problem. They did air conditioning repair for me. Real Plumbers gets an A.
It took longer than what we actually expected to get it fixed because they had to wait for a part. They were doing A/C and heat work for us. I'll give them a B. I didn't like the thing. I applied for credit through them, and then when they knew how much credit I was getting back, they were like, 'Oh, our price is $800'—which was more than what I'd applied for. I was like, 'OK.' They didn't give me a price upfront. Our unit's still working as of right now.
Real Plumber did a really good job. They're very—on a scale from one to five, I'd give them a five. They did some toilet work for me. I'd give them an A+ across the board.
They were very good. They fixed my sink. My experience with them would be rated A overall.
I was really impressed with the young man they sent out. After the visit, I had actually called his office to let them know what a sharp guy he was and how impressed I was. I genuinely—I'm considering actually using their service. I'm getting a bit of a windfall from my taxes, and I'm thinking about having them come in and do some work on my house again. The young man was very knowledgeable and struck me as being very honest. That was the key thing for me. I know some tradesmen, and some service calls, they try to upsell and stuff like that. In this case, I really appreciated what they did. Actually, if this is the one that I'm thinking of, he was brought in because I got a good deal on another site for a service call on my HVAC system—mainly the compressor and the air conditioning system on the house—and I wanted to get his assessment of it and of my furnace, and do some cleaning and maintenance—an overall inspection. So, it wasn't any major work or anything like that. It's an A+.
It was very good, prompt service. The one expert that we had come in, did his job and left. He did plumbing work. I would grade them an A.
They were easy to find and really responsive. I think they returned everything to me within the hour. They charged me an upfront consultation fee of $85.00 just to come out and take a look—and that was before work even started. That is cost prohibited, because it was just a little plumbing issue. They were going to help me with a valve replacement in the shower. I would grade them a B+. They didn't do any work; they just checked it out. It turned out that I was able to fix it myself.
