The HVAC technician -- Kevin Johnson -- was a pro. I never want an expensive air conditioning repair bill, but I felt like Kevin took a lot of time to diagnose the problem and present me with at least two options.
Pluming expertise, complete and thorough work ethic, and gets the job done right.
Was pleased to be offered a next day appointment after furnace stopped working. House was cold; thanks to a heater a room was made comfortable. Wound up replacing furnace and adding a heat pump (urged by my brother). Made comfortable almost immediately and very pleased with outcome. Very pleased with Real Plumbers personnel.

I Waited over 6 weeks for a new HVAC unit but never got it, poor communication about the situation and finally I went to another company. I own multiple properties and was a loyal customer with Real Plumbers and my first interaction with Warner was such a disappointment.
They did HVAC and plumbing. For the most part, the HVAC and plumbing was fine. It was just that we were doing some work that they didn't relatively have experience in. We were doing some radiant floors, and I'm not very happy with the results, and in their defense they were OK. So, we're still trying to determine the cause of the issue. Their response has been positive; it's just that the issue hasn't been resolved. I'd give them a strong B. I would strongly recommend Warner Super Service for everything except radiant floors.
I have been using Warner Super Service for 15 years. They are very professional. I've used them both at my house and my office. They come put a solution for whatever is ailing our system, so it's great. I would grade them an A.

I was charged a higher than normal fee for just coming out to see what the issue was. The plumber did not diagnosed the problem correctly. He wanted to put a band aid on it instead of getting to the root of the issue. He also looked at the upstairs bathroom and said he couldn't really tell where the leak was and would charge $350 to cut behind the wall to look. All he had to do was go to the other room and pull the cut out that has been there for over 50 years. Every plumber that has been to the house knows this. He said he was going to send me pictures of the leak he found in the downstairs bathroom. I never received it and was never contacted for scheduling the work until this survey. I have already taken care of the issue with another company that had great follow through and communication with customers.
Real Plumbers did exceptional work.

We have always had a good experience with Reel Plumbers! But Kevin is our to go guy!!!! We feel like he part of the family!!! We just love him!
I am very unhappy with the company. They did terrible work for me. The company did the work very badly. My AC unit is not working properly and the temperature has been very high. It has been very hard for us to sleep. I have spent a lot of money with this company and ended up having to call someone else. The new company showed me all the bad work Real Plumbers did. If I was not a busy person I would take the company to court and make them pay me back for everything I paid. I do not like problems, but it is not okay what they have done.
They did plumbing for me. It went well. They met the time all right. I did not have to call them back. I'd give Real Plumbers a B+.
If I used them, I probably used them as part of a home warranty. I think it may have been HVAC—I honestly at this point don't know. I would grade them a B.

They've done several things for us. We've installed a garbage disposal, and they've replaced two toilets. I'd give them an A.
They've been out there a couple of times. They replaced our hot water heater and clearing out a line, where there has been a clog in the air conditioner condensation pipe. They cleared out the line that drains from the ac unit. I would grade them overall a B.
